Directions

If entering Kitty Hawk by crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge (Hwy 158), take the 2nd right (At stoplight.  School on left far coner), after crossing the bridge, only Woods Rd.  Go ~1 mile to intersection with Twiford Road.  Follow the access roadway at that intersection to the entrance of the park.  The access roadway is located immediately next to the grey mailbox towers.

If arriving to the Outer Banks via highway 64, after crossing Roanoke Island and then the Washington Baum Bridge, turn left onto highway 158 and continue North until MP #4.  Turn left onto Kitty Hawk Road (at the 7/11 Convenience Store on left, Post office on right).  Veer right onto Woods Rd.  At intersection with Twiford Rd (on left), Follow the access roadway at that intersection to the entrance of the park.  The access roadway to the property is located immediately next to the grey mailbox towers located at the intersection of Twiford and Woods roads.
